reached out to get my roof fixed. They came out, told me it would not be a problem, told me I would receive the verbal quote in writing and would get on the schedule for 3 weeks out. Never heard from them again. I called a few times, emailed, and finally hunted down my rep. He assured me that he would get the quote out and I was still on the 3-week window from the day we met. Again – never heard from them again, called/emailed/texted. nothing. Unfortunate because they seemed to be buttoned up and personable.

I am still waiting for an estimated completion date after I signed a contract and provided first deposit November 2022. So far, I am happy with the quality. I will be happy to update this review when I receive information and a house again.

I want to thank everyone that was responsible for making my repairs such a wonderful experience. Everything done was in a very responsible and professional fashion. I also want to thank Mike Harris and Mike Carr for all they done on my behalf. The repairs are beautiful. I would recommend the company to anyone . Very professional. Thanks again.😊

They did an amazing renovation on my Dupont Circle condo, the attention to detail was flawless. I really appreciated their professionalism and responsiveness, and have received excellent feedback from prospective tenants (it’s rented out now, but the realtor made it a point to tell me how impressed people were with the quality of the work done). Definitely recommend!

Mike & Melinda of Three Rivers have been most accommodating throughout our buying process from the first day we met them. We appreciate the quality of workmanship throughout the house. They include luxury details while utilizing upgraded materials within their original design. They also provide reliable customer service & address any concerns we may have with a new build. Relocating from out of state has its challenges, however they made the transition much easier for us. Three Rivers Builder’s is a Professional, Customer Focused Builder providing excellent and professional services at every level of service from their Estimators, Project Managers, Project Coordinators and talented Construction Teams with exception attention to details. Liberty Mutual recommended Three Rivers Builders for my downstairs Kitchen Rebuild Project. The Results of the rebuild is Spectacular! My New Kitchen area looks like a new model home. I go downstairs everyday to just look at the space. I feel like I am in a new home; It’s like magic!
