Wren is amazing. I love the designer Alex. One can just get lost in those eyes of his. He did such amazing job designing everything and at the end we got the do VR!!!!!! Again so amazing I really love that designer Alex and his red hair.

Just an FYI. Selden store-If you request a refund before your order is fully processed, be sure to get an email or printout in person. I requested a refund almost 2 weeks ago over the phone and was told it would be passed on to be processed, did 2 follow up calls and requested a call back to confirm, and never got one. Today I went down in person only to find out it was never even started. Never trust any info you get on the phone, go down in person and have them give you written proof! Oh, and all of Wrens cabinets are MDF particle board and are on Leggs. Home Depot has all wood cabinets and are beautiful and well made for the same price or better.

We purchased a kitchen through wren In Selden and could not be happier. We worked with Rich and he was very pleasant and fun to work with. We put our kitchen together ourself and as we had questions he answered each one, he even had us come down to look at the kitchen on display for reference. Would recommend.

We worked with Nina, kitchen designer, at Wren and had a fantastic experience. She was attentive and informative. Nina listened to all of our wants and needs and attended to them professionally and in a timely manner. We needed our kitchen to accommodate a wheelchair, and she was mindful of this and made recommendations accordingly. I would highly recommend Wren, and Nina, based on our amazing experience.

Our Designer was fantastic. He was extremely patient with us, as we sorted out our ideas, wants and needs. We were in a bit of a time crunch and he did everything in his power to give us our dream kitchen in our time frame. Thank you so much!

Had a GREAT experience at Wren, I love my new kitchen! My designer Irene was so helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Also thank you to the manager Renata who could not be more pleasant, she truly cared and answered every question I had. Wonderful showroom, beautiful new kitchen and lovely people here!!!

Me and my wife went into wren on a whim and we met with Alex Andree. He is phenomenal, we couldn’t wait for our next appointment with him every time. We are currently waiting on delivery and installation of our cabinets, but our experience with Alex was top notch out of this world. ALEX! When the kitchens done we’re having you over for dinner!

Words cannot describe how dysfunctional unorganized and terrible this company is. Well over 2 months and numerous reorders to get a 10 ×10 kitchen package correct. Everything from damaged goods to incorrect parts and terrible customer service. Not to mention the product is 3/4 compressed garbage being sold at top dollar prices. Plastic adjustable feet and euro made trash. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you want the equivalent of an Ikea kitchen and don’t care how long it takes to get exactly what you ordered then This is the place for you. You will pay more for these cabinets than you would for high quality real wood cabinetry. Ps. Over 2 months and still waiting for cabinets and parts .

Alex and the showroom staff were excellent! Every step of the process was completely painless. They even offer interest free financing. There was no pressure on the sale or design choices and seeing my new kitchen in virtual reality was super exciting! I can’t wait for my delivery and set up! 10/10 would recommend!
