ICONIQ Construction was everything we were hoping for in doing our three bathrooms and lower living area makeovers/upgrade. The workmanship and working relationship was spot on and we were treated like a Customer should expect to be. The new vanities, rigid core flooring, baseboards and painting, as well as, the project management and communication was done at a very professional level. Thank you to Sean and team for a job well done. We will definitely be in contact for future projects and will refer ICONIQ to others looking for projects to be completed successfully.

We hired ICONIQ construction to replace the remodel our bathroom. Communication with the office was very transparent and open from beginning to end of the project. Sean did a great job he kept our condo clean while he did the work. He was friendly, but focused on the job, which I appreciated. We now have a beautiful shower. Thank you!

Choosing Iconiq construction for our kitchen remodel was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From our first meeting with our Designer, to the final walk through with Sean, our Project Manager, everything was done in a most professional manner. They listened to us, offered their suggestions on how to make this happen and they did. They met our goals for project completion before the holidays. In fact the timeline given us at the start was 20-30 days and it was completed on day 30. Even our neighbors were impressed at how the project kept on schedule and with very little disruption in the neighborhood.
