Absolutely outstanding service, convenience, and reasonable prices! My daughter had a stomach flu and vomited all over our heirloom wool rug. I panicked and called Kirill at Von Hughes and explained what happened. He got our rug in the same day for treatment to prevent staining. It took about 10 days to fully restore the rug and it was well worth it! Good as new! I’m so grateful and I highly recommend Von Hughes rug cleaners!

My wife and I were referred to Von Hughes rug cleaning services to restore our dining room oriental rug. The rug is 20+ years old and had accumulated pet related stains. Von Hughes was very timely in scheduling an in-home pickup and return of the rug and was finished in 10 days’ time. They arrived promptly, took care in both removing and returning the rug, and assisted in placing the dining room furniture back on top of the rug. Their pricing is very reasonable and well worth your consideration should you have rug cleaning needs. We thank Von Hughes for posing for the final result photo; and include the final “room” photo as well. My wife and I highly recommend their services.

Just got my living room rug back from Von Hughes today and was NOT disappointed. It looks brand new! They picked it up and delivered it back to my house in exactly 10 days. They removed all visible stains and marks. The rug is perfectly dry and smells and feels good. I am extremely happy with their service and will certainly use them again. Highly recommend!

Friendly, professional service. Pick up and delivery were hassle free. Most importantly, my rugs were returned beautifully cleaned and fresh smelling, even after my new puppy (ahem) was learning house training. I will use Von Hughes for all my rugs!

What do you do with an heirloom handmade authentic Persian rug, that has never been cleaned despite going through over 20 full house relocations? Answer? Find the best people with the knowledge and heart to both care for, and expertly treat the rug. This firm knows all types of rugs, but finding people with experience caring for really one of a kind carpets is rare. The founder Kirill and his wife are not only very personable, but also possess an encyclopedic knowledge of how to care for and preserve these pieces. Ours hadn’t been cleaned before and needed a repair of its fringe, thanks to past dogs. Not only did the stains come out, knap get restored and color brightened, but including the repair, was delivered as promised and as quoted. You can’t beat a family team that serves up excellence!
