Signed in october of 2021. It has been a terrible experience.somehow my other review was taken off. Ordered wrong materials. Were going to rip off shingles before material was available. No communication. Had to wait for some parts to be delivered. Ect. Finally finished in march. Did not put metal over sunroom which i was told would not be a problem. No solar attic fan. Came back finally this month to fix end caps. Promised 750$ for not delivering solar attic fan, still waiting. Complained to bbb, and every time they called me promised to fix problems,the next day bbb was emailing me saying were my problems resolved? I guess they were hoping i would take mt review off. Which finally after one year i gave up. Thet did fix my end caps though and promised reimbursment for solar attic fan….we will see.

I have had ongoing issues since this company installed the new roof. Leaks in multiple areas. I now cannot reach anyone at this company to repair the leaks. I have called and emailed multiple times with no response from anyone. I’m not even sure if they are in business any longer.

The original owners did my parents roof in 2020. After hurricane Ian and Nichole I called them about having the roof fixed as I now have leaks. The new owners have never responded to my voice mails and there is never anyone to talk to. I do not reccomend this company to anyone.

My tile and flat roof were put on December 2019 and has leaked from day one.They have been out 8 times trying to do repairs. Now under new ownership and I no longer get any response. After hurricane Ian I sent Tyrone a video of the 3 rooms that were leaking, one looks like the ceiling is about to cave in..Still no response.How could you run a business like that and not care.No longer a company with integrity. I am in the process of finding a lawyer that deals with construction defects.Stay far away from this company.

Buyer Beware! This company was a nightmare to work with. Communication is terrible. They replaced my roof and their poor craftsmanship flooded my house when it rained. I made them fix it before I paid the balance but now I found that they left a pipe in my attic open to the sky and rain comes in and minorly damaged my ceiling but Kevin refuses to fix it now that they have been paid. Stay away!

I received a new roof from American Hero about 3 years ago. I reached out many times by phone, text, and email for about 2 years only a small leak that they said had nothing to do with the roof. Hurricane Ian came through and the leak spread to 5 foot by 4 1/2 foot in damage all over our dinning room floors and wall. Someone came out yesterday to leak test it and said it was a plumbing issue which I’m finding to be false after speaking with a contractor who came out yesterday evening to look at it. This is pointing to roof leak and has been for a very long time and American Hero did not step up and honor their warranty.

We had a free inspection and so glad we did. Had no idea the roof damage we had. Joshua Mitchell was knowledgeable, professional and has made the process with the insurance company very easy. I highly recommend American Hero!
