Igor and his team did an awesome job with refinishing our balcony. They were fast and efficient, and the quality of the work was great, and they were open and honest at all times. There was one small area they missed during the job (on the outside railings so it was hard to see), but Igor had his worker come back and patch it right away without question. We’ll definitely use them again in the future! I highly recommend them to anyone, Igor is very easy to work with and highly trustworthy. Before/after photos attached.

The Reliable team remodeled two bathrooms, refreshed our kitchen with new paint, hinges, pulls and slides, and they helped us convert a nook into a closet with some really nice door work. I would absolutely refer and recommend Reliable to my friends and family. Igor, Ilya and Mike were fantastic to work with and were very responsive and professional. The quality of their work and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Some highlights: — The bath tile we wanted was delayed 45 days (my fault), they worked around that delay and kept the project on time — A few kitchen cabinets had very minor paint touch ups needed after installation. The next day Igor drove out and used a Q-tip to fix the issues and make them look perfect. You won’t get better service than that. — Their subcontractors were very skilled, responsive, reliable and professional. The tile work (see photos) was absolutely stunning. Corners, alignment, edges, everything just looks excellent! The way they did the tile around our primary shower drain brings a smile to my face, I love the attention to detail, just perfect. — We bought all the materials and they helped guide us through the process. They were so patient and understanding when helping me source materials or things I forgot to buy or hadn’t considered. — I got quite a few bids on this project, Reliable wasn’t the cheapest but they were not the most expensive. I feel like we got top quality work at a reasonable price. — The project finished on time, they cleaned the work site and removed all the project debris promptly. — Mike was our project manager and he’d happily drive out to pick up materials for us and he went the extra mile to communicate and make the project run as smoothly as possible Reliable was great. You hear all these horror stories online about contractors that drag projects out, milk clients for extra money, and don’t deliver on their promises. Reliable wasn’t like that at all, pricing for change orders I wanted were fair, they over delivered on their promises, and they finished everything right on time. Conclusion: If you’re looking for a professional and responsive team to remodel your home you can’t go wrong with Reliable. After some water damage to our bathroom, I needed a full remodeling and decided to do some upgrades too. I talked to several contractors and after getting many replies that they couldn’t start right away or that they needed a minimum budget that was way above the estimates. Finally, I talked to Igor from Reliable Home Remodeling & Renovation. Igor explained me plain and simple what was needed to be done. He worked with me and my insurance company to do the job on a reasonable budget and on time. They started a week early and finished the job in the time frame they specified. Throughout the job he asked me how I would like the stuff done like the direction of the tile and the color of grout and so on. Every one of the workers was really nice to work with and did a fantastic job. I am pretty happy with the look of my new bathroom. Yes, you should totally go for them.

Reliable Remodeling & Renovation did a total remodel of my kitchen and bathroom, as well as a complete deck restoration. They have been fantastic from start to finish. They are reasonably priced, fast and easy to work with. Communication was easy and clearly over email and text. The crew was professional, polite and punctual. Neat, precise, able to work without disturbing the entire household. It’s not easy to find a construction company that straight forward and delivered what they promised. I am very pleased with the bathroom remodeling project in our home in Mill Valley. Throughout the process, they were always keeping us up to date, making sure we had all the necessary finishes to complete the project. Our bathroom remodel turned out to be perfect. I want to recommend these guys! Remodeling projects are never easy, and having a reliable, flexible and detail orientated contractor will make all the difference. This project consisted of the bathroom and kitchen remodel, deck renovation, and exterior painting. I got three bids for the project and they were all pretty much in the same ballpark with each other. After interviewing a few contractors and some negotiations, I decided to go with Reliable Remodeling & Renovation mainly because their service was more ‘one stop shopping’ and Igor was the most motivated and responsive. The crew who did the work was absolutely top notch. They showed up promptly and reliably every day. They cleaned up after themselves and their quality of work was absolutely awesome. We were moving into our new home in San Rafael and wanted to update all bathrooms and kitchen, as well as replacing floor. After looking at several companies we made an inquire for an appointment with Reliable Remodeling & Renovation. Their response was quick. The owner Ilya met with us to look at the project take measurements and go over details so he could give us a written estimate. Ilya listened to everything we wanted in both bathrooms and kitchen. He is very professional, easy to talk, and he is very knowledgeable in construction. Ilya and his crew did an awesome job with our project. They just finished completely remodeling our new home. At all times during the project, he had complete control of the situation. His proposal was meticulously outlined and transparent so there were never any surprises like additional work or hidden costs. Ilya knew exactly what needed to be done from beginning to end and he was in charge of the work every step of the way. Throughout the whole project we were confident that we were in good hands. Exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism: full home renovation including 2 bathrooms remodel, 3 bedrooms remodeling, kitchen remodeling, as well as exterior painting. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding, and I am satisfied with the results. The communication was clear and transparent, and they made sure to keep me informed at every stage of the project. They took care of the architect plans, the engineering, permits, facilities for the crew, and clean up. Igor was very knowledgeable about what my deck needed to be restored. He helped me by developing a good pricing structure. He and Vladimir were able to start the project a day early and completed the deck restoration one day faster than estimated. It looks beautiful and really showed how weathered the deck had become. My deck was restored just in time because it rained that night. I will contact him when it is time for some maintenance work.
