Actually, my name is Liana Ramm. Stephen died in December of 2019. I was visiting my daughter in Spring Hill, TN when the pandemic hit our nation and my planned 10 day visit turned into an almost 3 month visit. During that time I bought a home next to my daughter and got my California home ready to sell. Kyle Kleinsmith was a Godsend! I was able to trust him to enter my home along with trusted friends to assess what repairs needed to be done to put my California home up for sale. He was reliable, dependable, trustworthy, fair in pricing and talked me through every step I needed to take so my California home would sell quickly for high value. All work had to be approved by me; no dime was given to him without my preapproval. When I met him I was even more impressed! He helped me with little repairs as well as big ones and was bilingual to boot! If it was in my power and budget I would have transferred him to TN to be my personal contractor!
