We recently reached out to One-Up to breathe new life into our 50-year-old home’s exterior. The fading paint on trims and gutters was making our house appear older than it’s age. Rickie impressed us with his quick and responsive service, providing a competitive estimate. Opting to proceed, he and his efficient crew completed the 4,000 sqft project in just under two days. We set sail on a journey to find the right contractors for a substantial home addition, adding approximately 500 sqft of living space to the back of our existing house. We got in touch with One-Up Builders to redo our home flooring, which desperately needed a facelift. The old hardwood floors were showing their age, and it was time for an upgrade. We went with One-Up after the first chat because they were easy to talk to and had a fair price. Unlike some other guys, these folks were always available, which was a relief. Getting contractors to check out our project was a bit of a struggle, but not with One-Up. As they were working on the floors, we decided to repaint the whole interior on a whim. They didn’t blink an eye and just went for it. Definitely recommend them if you want a hassle-free and professional job.

My parents are on their way to retiring and wanted to have their home renovated so they could enjoy being at home to the fullest. We needed a bathroom re-done and an out-of-date kitchen remodeled. That’s when we contacted One-Up Builders to give their home a refresh. We worked along side with their project manager Randy who made the entire process quite seamless. From the very beginning through the construction phase, Randy managed the entire project and kept us in the loop with photos and updates through out the whole process. This being our parent’s house that they would retire in, we wanted to make sure everything turned out just the way they wanted it. Anytime we pointed something out, Randy & his team handled it immediately. I’m very impressed with the attention to detail and quality of work performed. My parent’s kitchen and bathroom is absolutely amazing now thanks to these guys and we are very pleased with the outcome. We will be contacting them in the future painting the rest of the house when we have the funds available. Thanks again Randy!

Contacted the team at One-Up Builders to take care of my living room renovation and they did an amazing job! Although it was a smaller project, I needed my ceilings textured, a couple spots in the drywall patched, new baseboards, new hardwood flooring, and paint all the way around. The quality of work peformed by the team was great and they where very helpfull throughout the entire process. I highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for a high quality job. Charlie

My wife and I have been wanting to redo our old bathroom for quite sometime now. We had old floors that was starting to wear out and an old vanity and shower tub that just gave the bathroom an aged look. It was quite embarrassing having family over and having them use our bathroom. That’s when we started shopping around and looking at different contractors. We came across One-Up Builders and decided to get an in home consultation. Their project manager came by and gave us a very competitive estimate and a very reasonable completion time. We decided to move forward with the company and couldn’t have been more please. The manager in charge of the bathroom remodel kept us in the loop and fully updated during the entire process. Their workers kept a clean work environment and were respectful of the house. They completed the work on time and kept it within the proposed estimate budget. The work itself is of high quality. Our project manager sent us photos through out the entire process and from what we can tell everything was done properly. You can tell they didn’t cut any corners and took the time to put everything together perfectly.
