I selected Sheiner Construction for kitchen and bath remodel which also included a new deck, replacement of sliding glass doors, moving and adding windows, moving a load bearing wall and adding support beam and new footings, new flooring throughout the entire house, reframing of closets and new closet doors. In short – a full house remodeling, or some will say a complete house remodel. They stuck to the plan, executed on schedule, maintained close communication with me throughout the project, responded to any questions and addressed any issue or new request with practical and thoughtful solutions. Idan the project manager made helpful suggestions throughout the project. The project was completed on time and within the original budget. I am very happy with the quality and attention to detail. I would definitely work with Idan and Sheiner Construction again.

We used Sheiner Construction for bathroom and kitchen remodel. These kinds of projects can be stressful given that these are arguably the most essential rooms in a house. The key differentiator in making the experience smoother is a top tier project manager, which Sheiner Construction provided us with Idan M. Idan was by our side every step of the way, from tile and fixture selection, managing permits, comparison shopping to stay within budget. The work crew was excellent. They were respectful, friendly, clean, and detail oriented, and showed up on time, every time. I would hire Idan & Sheiner Construction for future jobs. A big shout out to Idan, who guided us through the process so expertly.

Working with Sheiner Construction and our project Manager Idan was an amazing experience. He was always on top of the construction needs and over looked each stage of remodeling. The look and vibes are exactly what we were looking for. It passed city inspection without any issues with flying colors. We highly recommend Sheiner Construction to others. We have a home in La Jolla that needed a lot of updating. We ultimately decided to remodel the entire house and to add additional space to the rear and front side of the house, also adding some deck area. The new design ended up changing the entire roofline. We remodeled two bathrooms, replaced all of the flooring, remodeled the kitchen and some other cosmetic things both inside and outside. We had a very difficult time to find a contractor, but when we met with Idan from Sheiner Construction we felt confident with the information and services he offered. Throughout the process, he stood behind his words and promises, the price didn’t change, the work is better than expected and the workers were clean and respectful. Sheiner Construction handled the design and permits and we are very happy and highly recommend Sheiner Construction, Idan, Didi & the team for any remodel needs you might have!

We hired Idan with Sheiner Construction for a complete master bath remodel and kitchen renovation after seeing work they did for a friend of ours. Idan was our project manager and was very attentive, was here everyday to inspect project progress, and did everything to ensure we were happy with everything. The crew was great, always courteous, and cleaned up so well at the end of every single day. We feel grateful the way our house turned out. Our project manager, Idan, was excellent. He listened to our bathroom renovation desires and guided us appropriately. One we had our idea finalized, he went to the different stores with us to assist in tiles, fixtures, and colors. Idan was there for us through out the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The time has come for us to redo the entire home, our youngest kid moved out and my husband and I decided we want a fresh new home, and so we decided to remodel our house including the kitchen, bathroom, living room and all the bedrooms. We found Sheiner Construction on Google and it is the best remodeler in town, Didi came out and had amazing ideas of what we can do, we ended up removing a wall from the kitchen and creating a large living room and kitchen space, It looks amazing! Our kids didn’t recognize their old rooms and that was priceless! We can’t recommend Sheiner Construction enough!

We remodeled our kitchen with Didi from Sheiner Construction, they are actually 2 brothers, the Sheiner brothers. We collected about 6 estimates, one didn’t even showed up and lost our business right away, the other companies we felt were going to be ‘okay’ for the job but then we met with Didi, he is amazing and truly knows his craft though the bad and the good, and that gave us the assurance we needed for our kitchen remodel project. Job was completed in about a month time and we couldn’t be happier with the result, I feel like we live a kitchen of my dreams. Thank you again Sheiner Construction and the team
