The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because my initial estimate was set for 10am to 1pm I ended calling them at 1:36 after no one showed up basically they told me they forgot about me Chris showed up around 3:30. Strike 1. Because I had things to do but waiting took 5.5 hrs. of my day. Strike 2 was because on the day of installation one of the two installers (not Kevin) became what I thought was a little bit animated upon discovering I did not purchase the Lift-Master door opener he said my current opener wouldnt be able to handle the weight and I was headed for trouble. This annoyed me a little because Chris had already told me I did not need to purchase an opener. The installer was attempting to up-sell me a $500 dollar opener. Not okay. Kevin the other installer was very professional and curious. Thank you A Dependable Overhead Door Company.

Almost feel like a scam…. 2/23/2024 We went to Home Depot the other day and we were told that today’s visit would be a FREE estimate on just how much the installation will cost. When someone came and he was checking the opener, we thought he was just trying to provide a quote. We never expected or asked him to perform any repair on the opener. Then he claimed that he fixed it then he told us to pay the service fee. We were confused and uncomfortable about this charge because we were told it would be a free estimate only. It feels like a scam to us because we were never informed that such charge would occur. After 15 min, the garage door didn’t work again with the same exact problem. So basically they came, spent 10 min, told us that they “fixed it”, the door worked for 15 min then it was not working again, and they asked us to pay for that. They said they could send the person back again but what’s the point? Go through this all over again? What they are trying to do is to not fix it, then customers can pay for a brand new door + installation of over 800 dollars. I screenshotted my review with date and time that I posted this so if they delete this I’ll post again. A.V.O.I.D

We needed a repair on our garage door opener since we had so many issues with it. I called A-Dependable Overhead Doors and they came out the same day. After the tech gave us a thorough evaluation and explained what we needed to correct the issues. We decided to install a new belt, drive and nylon rollers. Now our garage door is quieter than ever and works great! This company has amazing customer service and provides professional work! They are HIGHLY recommend for any garage door needs…residential or commercial!

Chris came out to my home to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He answered all my questions and gave me several options of garage doors. The overall customer experience was awesome. His installer was very clean, detailed and got the job done quicker than I expected. The whole process with this company was smooth.
