Western Construction Systems came highly recommended by several other contractors, so I was not surprised to find them to be a top notch company. I had a foundation issue that had left others scratching their heads or suggesting solutions that made neither structural nor economic sense. Isaiah, who came out to quote the job, suggested a solution that made total sense, both structurally and for a very fair price. I am totally pleased with the job and confident in the skill and workmanship that Travis and Frank put into the job.

Tyler, Juan and their crew did an amazing job at our home. They installed their gutter system and were finished in just a few days knowing that we didn’t have our hot water heater connected. They are great with communicating and assessing a situation to figure out what needs to be done. Highly recommended!

We hired Western Construction to install a trench drain in our driveway and fix some rock pockets in our foundation. We hired them in July of 2022 and the work did not begin until November of 2022. When they installed the trench drain, the slope of the drain was so steep right in front of the entrance to the front door it was a severe trip hazards. They had to come out and redo the concrete three times to get it right and this portion of the work was not completed until May 2023. Then they overcharged us for the foundation repair work, when we brought it to their attention that said they would reduce the price but not warranty the work. I was at a loss as to why you would not warranty the work. I just want to pay for what was received. Finally, we received an updated invoice and they overcharged us on the sales tax by $113. I think this company could really be great, but they are too busy to pay attention to the details. And it is the details that matter. Will not hire them again.

Thank you, Tyler, for your team’s excellent work. Juan, Frank, and Isiah were professional, pleasant and hard workers. After 40+ years in our home at the bottom of a valley, we are absolutely thrilled with a dry basement even during recent heavy rains! The underground drainage system and single sump pump work perfectly and quietly. Even the washed clothes hanging on the line dry faster. You are miracle workers!

The company replied to my questions quickly, the team that came over was professional and courteous, the repair on my foundation fixing the level was top notch work. I highly recommend this company!

Ive had western do a few jobs in the past, and have been happy with the work,, which is why I keep coming back. This job was extremely disappointing. I have let them know of my disappointment and have heard nothing from them for 2 weeks. I then got an email saying that customer service is extremely important to them and to please write a review. I wasn’t going to, but since you asked, and I have heard nothing… here it is. Your men showed up at the work site, said they were putting in an 8 foot beam, and not leveling the floor. A couple hundred dollars worth of materials and around 2 hours work for $3600. They finished and the dip remained. They said they were not to level the floor. Which was part of the point of having you fix it, who wants a kitchen with an almost 2 inch dip in it? After they installed the beam, I spoke to tyler about leveling it, so they tried to shim it, and ended up having to dig out a post a bit, and resupport it. They then lifted it, the dip is now less, but because they kept all the original shims in place, there is now a hump near the fridge. The entire kitchen was also left structurally unsound because half of the kitchen still sits on a single 2×4 as opposed to the beam going across the kitchen that tyler spoke of. Yes, the proposal states 8 feet. I didn’t measure the kitchen, tyler did during the proposal quote, and he informed me that there would be a beam supporting the entire kitchen to make it structurally sound and “solid as a rock… it will take care of the mushy parts”. Tyler said all the right things. Needless to say I feel like I was a victim of bait and switch, i feel taken advantage of, my kitchen is still not structurally sound, after I had someone come and fix it. I am extremely disappointed with what I was told vs what was done. As I said, I was extremely busy and stressed during the proposal process, and knew I could trust a company I had worked with multiple times with in the past, but mainly with the twins. This is why I find companies I can trust. I didn’t even get a second quote, as I didn’t have the time or patience to deal with it at the time.

Western Construction Systems came out and did exceptional work at my house! They went above and beyond my expectations! They were friendly, professional, and hard-working! They took care of all the issues that I had concerns with and then some! Their prices were fair, especially for the high quality of work that they did! I know I pestered them with questions, but they were patient every single time. Before I contacted them to have the work done, I had high anxiety about the drainage issues. When they were finished, I felt confident that there were no more issues. Peace of mind is priceless!

Hired Western Construction for a water leak in our daylight basement. Tyler suggested having gutters reset and a french drain plus having wall opened to see where leak was at. Did all that, still leaked, called Tyler to see what next, said he would get back to me in few days, he never did, just left me hanging. Have to start over with another company.
