Don’t trust them. They never said there was 129 service fee. They quoted 1500 bucks to hook up a water softener that was there already bought and payed already on-site. Here’s a little advice honestly upfront guys.

If these are the same people that manage apartment rentals, college park court,.. they are trash. They stole my rental deposit. Drug dealing with everywhere. Unclean. Roaches. Created a phony move out bill, dates were back dated. I was paying monthly a Bay To Bay LLC. Took advantage BC I was one of the few who worked daily.

This company built our home and we could not be more pleased with the responsiveness and quality of work of Mr. Faw and his team years after moving into our beautiful home. It is very hard to find people in the construction business that care at all and they certainly go above and beyond compared to other builders in the area. One individual even told us “this is the gold standard of homes we would like built in safety harbor moving forward.” We are blessed to have found such a wonderful home!!!! Thank you!!!

One of the premier builders in the Tampa Bay region. Joe, Jerome and staff are hands on with your project and they put in the extra work to make sure you are happy with the product. I will continue to build with Bay to Bay.
