Well where to do I begin…my boyfriend and I two months ago tried to get into an apartment through them. We called weekly to see how our application process was doing and all we got through them was; No one has gotten to it yet, or we started the process but don’t want to finish reviewing it until the apartment is done. Okay fine, so we waited and waited, let me tell you still nothing! So on June 14th 2021 we went back to the main building and asked again to see if they reviewed it even more or if the apartment was done as we needed to know to give our current landlord a notice, right? Well when my boyfriend went in they said “ you are the only application right now, we just want to wait till the apartment is done” but today out of all days, we get a call saying they decided to rent the apartment to someone else?!? Can’t even be respected to call us and tell us why they didn’t decide our application, or better yet why did they tell us we were the only application and that we were first in line to just waste our time and dump us like we are a piece of garbage. When we called them and asked them why they did that to us and why they said the things they said like we were the first in line, no one else has an application but us ect… THEN THEY HANG UP ON US! because we asked why we were not respected. we were not respected by this place in the slightest bit and we do NOT recommend this place one bit and want to save others the head ache of trying to get into a place owed by this company. If anyone knows the owner of this company, and a way to contact him; send it my way! We have a few more words to say about this place!

Decent business. The owner is a good guy who does not hassle his tenants unless they deserve it. The only people who do not like Giancola are scumy people that dont pay their bills or try to get one over on their landlord.
