G.B. Construction’s quality of work and professionalism is unmatched. For the past few years we have worked with Sean and his team on a number of projects for our homes including an extension, new roof, new siding, three bathroom remodels and closing in a breezeway. Throughout each project we always appreciated the quick responses and open channels of communication. The quality of their craftmanship and attention to detail is truly impressive. They are highly organized, reliable and dedicated to getting the job done. We have very much enjoyed working with them. We would recommend G.B. Construction to anyone and we are looking forward to working with them on future projects for our home.

How many people can attest to loving their contractor? GB Construction breaks the mold. After a year of working with others and making no progress we signed on with GB for our renovation project and could not be happier their professionalism, transparency, attention to detail, quality of workmanship across the board, recommendations that respected our budget, and timeliness. Absolutely loved our experience with GB construction. They were extremely professional and helpful with every step of the way. All of my questions were answered and they were incredibly patient with me. The work was completed and we are thrilled with the final product. I would highly recommend GB Construction to anyone. Sean, Gary and Joanne have impeccable taste and guided us in making choices that provided us with a completed projects that exceeded our expectations. I called for an estimate and was met with rude reception. the woman never asked my name or what my project is. she never asked where I was located or what my time frame was. her only question was my budget. she kept asking me what my budget was not what my project was . she then started yelling and screaming at me . saying “we NEED to know you budget so we know if you are agood fit for US” . she was mad me because I didn’t know what my project should cost… and then berated me. I asked her to take down my number and have a sales rep. call me back but she refused. if this is how they treat people I’m glad I found out before I gave them any money.

Thanks once again to GB Construction, Sean, Gary & Joanne. Three years after completing our whole house renovation, we tasked them to build a detached garage completed in the same style as the built in. We used GB Construction to install a new roof, some windows, vinyl siding and a total remodel of our first floor powder room. They took the utmost care in protecting our property during the renovations. Gary listened to all our suggestions and the projects were exactly as we’d envisioned.
