I hate posting negative reviews but when it comes to home improvement I feel it’s necessary. DO NOT hire this company! You will be very disappointed as I am. I had 2 bathrooms renovated at the same time and have MAJOR issues with both bathrooms. I spent a lot of money to have my bathrooms redone by what I thought was a professional, honest and reputable contractor. Now, I’m having thoughts of gutting everything that was done (only 10 months ago) and hiring a trusted, experienced contractor. Terrible!

After the job is done everything is falling apart.Loose tiles,ceiling opening up.The worse company ever .I hate writing negative revirws but this company deserves it.DONT BE CAUGHT.

Damion Chambers went above and beyond to make sure that the bathroom his team built from scratch in my basement was what I hoped for! He always made himself available if I had any questions or concerns about the project. I am completely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work!

Super Service, Profesionalism, Great Quality Work…. Damion was patient understanding and the team delivered without a hitch!!!!! I would definitely recommend this company to everyone looking to renovate/remodel.

Damion Chambers and his Better Horizon Solution team have done the refurbishment of my kitchen, dining room, and living room and the project is one of high professionalism. I sincerely hope that your situation will be quickly rectified and an amicable solution will be reached sooner than later. I would personally recommend Mr. Chambers and Better Horizon Solution Team to any and everyone who desired the highest standard of upgrade and professional service done to their homes.

DO NOT USE This company as they are DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNETHICAL! They have flagged and deleted my reviews online and have added fake reviews from their friends and employees. I went into contract with Better Horizons Solutions to renovate my kitchen in early June. Throughout this project and working with Damion Andre Chambers, there was constant back and fourth conversations in which Damion Andre Chambers did not follow through for a long period of time on things he said he would do to complete the work. This practice of lack of follow through continued throughout the completion of the renovation which added an additional 5 weeks to the project. Fast forward less than 2 months after finally finishing my kitchen I have a water leak and multiple cracks on the patio door casing because clearly the frame was not properly installed. I contacted Damion Andre Chambers and sent him videos and pictures of the damage casing and water entering the kitchen from the patio door frame on three different occasions, one of the times being during hurricane Ida which I spent half of night cleaning water from my kitchen. Both times Damion Andre Chambers responded that he would send someone to come and fix the issue but just as before he did not follow through on what he said and my issue remains unsolved to date of writing this review. UPDATE: RESPONSE TO OWNER My claim is NOT false nor am I trying to tarnish the reputation of your company. Attached is a picture of the 3 different times beginning on August 21, then August 23 and September 1 (during hurricane Ida) I contacted Andre and notified him of the issue with my patio door and the water damage it caused. Your company has responded with no follow through on resolving the issue and to date it has yet to be resolved. In fact, Andre has instead called me on the phone and texted by giving me an ultimatum that until I remove all online reviews your company will not resolve my issue. Your company has removed and blocked my online posts and reviews in effort to silence me but I have the documentations of all of my correspondence with Andre to prove my claim. If are more than happy to fix my issue as you stated in your response, give me a call or text me to let me know what date and time I can expect my issue to be fixed as I am eager to also get this resolved so we may all move with our lives. Thank you!

The entire project was so clean, every day they took great care of our home as they worked. We sincerely recommend Better Horizons Solutions and hope to have them back for other projects! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a home project to be done. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough to this company. Well done.

Trash !!beware save your money and the headaches. 5 months later I’m hiring someone to finish Damion and New horizons Solutions work. Do not go with this guy and company !
