I needed a bathroom remodeled up in Tahoe over the winter and Scott was the only person who called back. I’m sure glad he did; he and his crew did an exceptional job. Scott and I talked through all the different options along with cost. He couched in “Must do” vs “Nice to have” so I was able to prioritize based on the budget. I really appreciate his team working through all the different weather conditions Tahoe has to offer, since they had to travel up to the Lake. Would I use Scott again; well we’re finalizing our next project right now.

My Family would like to thank SW Construction for doing a great job repairing our snow damaged garage at Donner Lake this last fall. Scott and his crew were very good at diagnosing what had to be done and how to get it done before this winter set in. Thank you Scott. Highly recommended!

Scott did an AMAZING job getting our house put back together after we had extensive water damage from a broken pipe in our upstairs bathroom. He was great with our communication and letting us know likely time-lines of the project. All of the subcontractors he used were also professional and the work was excellent. The cost was fair- and we were well aware of all the costs of the project as well as any additional costs that we could incur. (I know no one knows ALL the things that can happen with house repair, but we lucked out) We will definitely use his services again, and recommend him to anyone who needs a home repair or renovation done!

I had some dry rot that needed to be repaired before getting the house painted. Josey was sent to give me a quote. He was informative on what needed to be repaired/replaced. It was a small job, so Josey was able to squeeze me in the following week. He was on time the day of the job and was communicative every step of the way. Thank you Josey and SW Construction!

Scott and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Professional, on time, and in budget. They kept the area neat and clean at the end of each day which I appreciate. If I had a question, Scott always responded in a timely manner. If he was going to be unavailable, he told me who to contact. I wouldn’t look any further for a contractor; you will not be disappointed.
