We are new to the area and had a few questions about humidity, sump pump systems, and how to keep our basement dry year round. We called StayDry and Phil came to our house and did an inspection of our basement, patiently answered all of our questions and offered helpful suggestions to keep things running smoothly. I had the absolute best experience with Chad. I am a (clearly) new homeowner and thought I had a lot of issues in basement. Chad came over and very quickly identified that it was not a mold issues and took the time to walk me through the small things I could do to prevent the water. I so appreciate him coming out and hopefully won’t have any issues in the future but would for sure reach out to them if I needed it and will be recommending all friends this way!

Fair pricing and saved me lots of money over ridiculous quote from a major competitor. David the owner was fantastic and took lots of time to explain what I needed and what I didn’t need. Parker and Tony did a 1st class job in the installation and worked tirelessly to get the job done. Thanks to the whole Stay Dry team for a fantastic job all the way around from 1st appt to installation.

My experience with StayDry Basement was wonderful from start to finish. Christina in the office was very efficient and scheduled promptly. We had a crack injection repair and several rod holes that were leaking in the basement walls. It’s a finished basement, so wanted to make sure the work was done right the first time. The onsite team, Abby and David, were very professional, polite and hardworking. They took the time to explain the repair before / after and handled everything as expected. I was impressed with the great service, all around skills and their attitude. Would highly recommend StayDry!
