I have had a very good experience working with Katelyn at The Permit People. She has allowed my company run significantly smoother since she has taken a permits off my table. She not only drives to different counties for my permits but also completes the tedious online permits, which sometimes take weeks to get approved ( probably because I am always in a hurry and mess something up). I used to use this company for permits here and there so I did not have to fuss with paperwork and people that hate their job and take it out on others. AKA the permit techs. Had we not relocated states, we would still be using them for jobs. Painless, quick, thorough! I was automatically given updates on permit progress which was nice that i did not have to request. Give them a try next time you need a permit! Let’s make sure we all help support the small businesses! They need it more than the corporations and usually give you better service and results!

I know the owner personally. Attention to detail, efficiency, and customer service are core values with the owner and thus carry through to the professional services provided. Why use valuable employee time and overhead on smaller tasks when such resources can be better used in other areas.

I work for southern pro restoration and this is the company we hire for any in person permitting or notice of commencement recording and certifications needed. We mainly work with Katelyn and Alana as our reps and they are very easy to work with and great with communication and updates. I would suggest using this company.
