Tanner is amazing!! My husband and I were looking to renovate an old family home. After doing some research online, we came across Yellow Dog Properties, LLC and decided to call since there were so many positive reviews. Once we set up a date and time to meet, Tanner did a walk through with us and answered any questions we had. He was also honest when it came to what needed to be done with the home and gave us recommendations. We highly recommend!!

A tree fell on our home and Yellowdog properties was referred to us. We are glad we chose to go with them. Tanner was a great help during this process. Covid slowed the process down but he communicated efficiently and let us know what was happening every step of the way. We decided to remodel our home while his company was fixing the damage from the tree. He took our multiple last minute changes in stride. He was very upfront and honest about everything and we appreciated it greatly. We had windows removed and a sliding glass door installed with an addition of a deck. We had to have a new roof, windows, siding, and walls rebuilt. We decided to take some walls down and add hardwood floors through out. We were very pleased with the finished product. We highly recommend Tanner and his company to anyone needing work completed.

These guys are the best!! I wanted to do much of the work myself and they were willing to handle the items I didn’t feel comfortable handling. I received several quotes and they were the best value! The work as timely, neat and the jobsite was kept very clean! Tanner will be my go-to guy for all projects ahead!!

Tanner and Tommy were great. I am immune compromised and they wore masks the entire time. They were professional, yet personable. Their work was great and Tanner pointed out things that he felt needed my attention. They got the job done quickly and fixed problems that they were not expecting to encounter. Thanks!

If you are looking for a contractor for projects on your home, look no further than Yellow Dog!! We just purchased a 120 year old farmhouse and certainly have some things that need to be done. We found Yellow Dog Properties through a recommendation, and instantly knew that we had hit the jackpot! Tanner came to our home and listened patiently while we walked him through the property and shared our thoughts and “wish list” of projects we thought were needed. He helped us organize our thoughts, and helped us to prioritize that wish list, setting a projected future plan. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made suggestions that we never would have been able to come up with ourselves! He quoted out the job and was spot on with pricing. It was awesome knowing that he had the same vision for our home that we do! When we started our first project, we met his co-worker Tommy, who is just as great as Tanner! These guys jumped in and knocked out our first project in one day! It was done and it was done right! Can’t beat that! We can’t say enough about Yellow Dog, and their people! Their knowledge and professionalism have us completely confident and comfortable knowing that our home is in the best hands. We would absolutely recommend them time and time again!
