Optimum was axing to work with. The tile layers were very professional and did an amazing job matching our bedroom tile to the hall and bathrooms. The office staff was amazing. Words can’t describe how grateful I am that we found Optimum Home Solutions. I would give them 10 stars if I could. After a terrible new build experience, I have major anxiety with home projects. When we had to redo our master shower everyone at Optimum Home was fantastic. They wanted to not only build a quality shower for us, but help alleviate my anxieties each step of the way. Karyne in the showroom helped us find a beautiful tile that we love. Aldo was detailed and meticulous in his work and built us a beautiful new shower that’s more than we could have ever hoped for. Joe, the owner, went above and beyond what anyone would be “expected” to do for a customer to help ensure I felt confident in the quality of the work done. A person couldn’t find a business that cares more about quality work, and customer satisfaction. It’s five months after completion and my husband and I still agree that they will be our go-to business for home projects for years to come.
