No need to look any further! I hired Runland Painting in ’22 to remove popcorn ceilings & paint the interior of my home. They did such an amazing job that I didn’t hesitate to reach out again to replace my driveway & walkway. They are timely, efficient, priced fairly, and the end product is amazing. Customer service means everything to me and no matter who I engaged with, they were kind, information, and my project felt like a top priority. Next up, exterior paint!

In 2022 we hired Runland painting to repaint the interior of our home including the removal of the popcorn ceilings. They did an excellent job and completed the project in an expeditious manner. So, in 2024, when we decided to upgrade some parts of our home including a total redo of a bathroom, laundry room and new entry way door we selected John and his crew to complete the project. His staff and subs were all very skilled, friendly and easy to work with and they did a highly professional job. I would highly recommend them to all our friends.

We hired John and his crew to remodel our master suit. In the project they completely transformed the old and outdated space to a modern relaxing oasis. They expanded and reconstructed the mast bath, built a new spacious closet, and turned a hidden room into another spacious closet. When I say it has been transformed, I mean it. I absolutely love the space now. The project took approximately 6 weeks from start to finish. John consistently communicated with us what was happening and what would be happening as each week passed. John even went out of his way MANY times to help us with ideas and even met us at Floor & Decor to help us finalize tile. John’s crew is also phenomenal and very friendly. My husband and I work some busy hours and I felt completely comfortable with them working on the house when we were away. John is very much involved in his projects and goes the extra mile to schedule the work smoothly and is proactive in making sure it all lines up efficiently. If you are like me in anyway and are nervous in hiring someone to do your remodel work, I can confidently recommend John and his crew.

We recommend Runland with no reservation. The work to our 1970’s home was completed with efficient scheduling and no gaps in the work timing. The services provided by the Runland teams of friendly, knowlegable craftmen working in our home are professional and beautifully completed. Our job included a complete master bath remodel as well as significant repair to a second bath, the removal of popcorn ceilings, new updated lighting, new interior paint and trim, repair to damaged walls, and new flooring, as well as new windows throughout. I love the outcome! Our home looks totally refreshed and upgraded. John kept us apprised of everything that was happening in our home and we felt comfortable handing over the keys to his crew. John is a detail person and I cannot imagine anyone else doing work on our home. A special shout out to all the teams who worked on our job! The tile and stone work is amazingly detailed and perfect in every aspect. We’ve contracted Runland to paint the exterior of the home when the weather improves and recommended Runland to both family and neighbors who are considering remodels and renovations.
