I have not used this company. I called them for some work I needed done. I spoke with a representative and I decided they were not a good fit. Ever since I have received 3-4 calls a day from them for the last three to four weeks. I have requested that they remove me from their list and to please stop calling. At this point, it is getting ridiculous. I will NEVER use this company for the sheer fact that their constant calling is borderline harassment at this point. FOCAL POINT, please STOP calling me. I am not interested in your services.

I’m giving 5 stars for my installer Luis, dito, and Luis jr. if it wasn’t for them I would have lost my mind with this job . They were professional and kind. awesome with my dog which is really important because my dog is fussy. Luis kept me informed thru out the job on what was going on kept the work area clean . I can not say enough about this crew of gentlemen I am so lucky they remolded my bathroom.

We had a hall bath shower replaced. Josh and Brandon did a fantastic job and my new bathtub looks amazing. I would absolutely hire them again.

Focal Point remodeling came out and put in a walk in shower for me. Cory did a fantastic job of installing my shower. He was so good at keeping the mess in the bathroom only. My house stayed as clean when he came in as it was when he left. The walk in shower is completely enclosed and beautiful. I love it.

Our experience with Focal Point Remodeling has been a pleasure. Luis was the gentleman who installed our baseroom. There are not enough words to praise Luis’s work. He was respectful, patient, hard working, thorough, and professional. Every decision along the way easy because he listened and followed through. Luis made the installation as pain-free as he could.
