Price points are more than your average run of the mill ‘contractor’ but you definitely get what you pay for. Also they’ve been around sense the 70’s and if there’s any issues they won’t leave you hanging.

Too expensive now that Roger retired. Got an estimate to fill in a door area with drywall where the door was no longer needed. $2000.00. Watched a uTube video and did it myself for free. Even got the 1/2 piece of drywall for free from friends who were remodeling. Too bad, too. Roger Hemming had an excellent reputation and work ethic. He had done really excellent work at a fair price for me before. So disappointing…

Really does excellent work, knows what he’s doing and it shows with the attention to detail and craftsmanship he puts in to his work. Quality contractor wouldn’t call anyone else.

I had an appointment for Friday at 2 pm. When its gets to be 2 pm , I get a call can we reschedule for Monday 2 pm. I said yes no problem, now again at 2 pm on Monday I get a call can we reschedule for Tuesday at 2 pm. I said yes , I can work with you as I underdstand your busy. Well Tuesday came around, no call or communication at all.. Roger’s customer service is a joke. I am new to Portsmouth and I still need a good contractor for a remodel of my bathroom. Roger Hemming , lost my business and I will shame him to who ever asks me about him. I tried to stay local and help out a small business and this is what I get…
