I called reached the owner Mike he was great he got my water damaged fixed in less than 4 hours I’m glad I called for my mobile home issues. I recommend you give him a try A plus service. You won’t be disappointed.

Needed belly wrap insulation. Mike came by and talked a big game; upon completion my husband went under the house and checked out the job. Open seams, bare insulation hanging down. Called Mike and he sent his guys over with tape all the time talking the big game. My husband wound up buying tape and spending 3 hours underneath the house fixing what was supposed to be repaired. Would not recommend to anybody.

Mike reinforced our roof two years ago when we bought our 1980 mobile home. He suggested that he replace all of our screws and then sealed up anything that needed it. From a previous storm, we lost a ridge vent and he replaced that as well. I’m so happy to report that we had absolutely no roof damage from Ian, but our neighbor lost his entire roof! The nextdoor neighbor lost his carport. Well worth the money we spent 2 years ago to have the peace of Mind that Mike did the right job!! Thank you so much!!

This company is the absolute best for work on your mobile home. Mike and Phil and their team did an outstanding job on my roof. I will have them back as I have some other repairs to be done.

Mike and his crew were very prompt worked with me on prices very honest Mike knew I was on a limited budget took great care of me I’m going to be using him again in the future for repairs on my place Phil was funny always keeping the crew going

I cannot say enough good things about Mike Thomas and his crew. I had serious siding damage with water intrusion. He came out the same day I called and gave an estimate, which was lower than the two previous ones I received from other companies. The work was done in 2 days and is absolutely beautiful. They threw in a lot of extras that they did not charge for and were prompt, neat, and courteous, too. I will be using them again and would recommend them to absolutely everyone.

We had a water leak and remodel was done great on our bathroom and bedroom. All mold removed! The guys working went above and beyond and were very professional. We highly recommend their services.
