We had Tom and his crew do our entire renovation. Tom was an all inclusive contractor who handled every single little request we had and didn’t make it a headache or a constant back and forth. He understood our questions and concerns and always addressed them while doing the work. Tom’s guys are all great to have around and easy to talk to as well, they all communicate to each other. At no point did we feel anything but like he was doing a job for a friend not just a customer. We renovated the entire home, plumbing, and electrical. We had a complex steel beam to put in and Tom had it done quickly and without issues. He provided on the spot design question help and would always tell us what he would do if it were his house when we were unsure. He didn’t slam us with change orders when we had little add ons, and his overall rate and cost were beyond reasonable for the quality of work he and his guys do. On top of that, he helped us build relationships with some of his own vendors and sources which have helped us in the long run. He has come back to help us whenever we asked and never made it a painful process. You can see in the photos posted he took our original house to one we can’t even think about moving out of. Tom and his crew had our entire house done in less than 6 months.

Tom and his crew installed new tile floors in our whole house. They did an amazing job and were a better price than all of the other quotes we received. Their process was a lot less intrusive compared to some of the other contractors processes and they were done in the exact time he quoted from the start.

We hired Serrano Kitchen & Bath to do a whole house remodel. Tom and his team were the best! They remodeled three bathrooms including taking the master down to the studs. New hardwoods and tile have been installed throughout the house. Our staircase has been entirely redone. Every light was replaced, every wall was painted. Tom even put in an elevator and became familiar with ADA needs on our behalf. Each morning we got a game plan of what was on the schedule for the day and every evening our house was left tidy. Overall they made the whole remodel experience far easier than anticipated, I’d highly recommend Serrano K&B.

Tom put in a new kitchen for me 2 1/2 years ago and I just got around to hiring someone else to fix the horrible job he did. I had his team come back out twice when I noticed that the backslash had not been sealed, the wall of cabinets is VERY crooked, the hood is crooked, the toe kicks were loose, the paint job was horrible, some of the cabinets are crooked and he did not want to fix the gap in the baseboard left behind. Needless to say, I asked them not to come back when nothing got fixed. Now, it is going to cost me an additional $1500 to fix these problems. I would never recommend this person! If I could give a Zero star rating I would. Unprofessional and horrible.
