We all know that accidents happened in business. Driving down the road one of their trucks put a rock in my car. They were prompt and getting things taken care of and their customer service was amazing. Thank you guys for taking care of the windshield on my car without calling me a liar, or saying it wasn’t your truck. I took photos and videos of the chip and pictures of the truck that threw the rock up

Niels Fugal Sons Company has been hired to lay fiber optic Network lines by Century Link. Niels Fugal Sons Company put a notice on my door about the work being done in February. I keep my gate locked to my back yard for safety reasons. I told Alan, an employee, that they can have access to my backyard, I just need notice so I can unlock the gate. He said workers would be there on Thursday, Feb 16, 2024. I left my gate unlocked, but they never came. They showed up the following day and I was home and let them have access to the backyard. Today, March 21st, they came back without notice. I was at work so they decided to jump my gate to have access. I felt very violated as I watched men that I do know put their full weight on the gate and then lifted themselves up and over. Others wheeled my garbage can over to step on, denting it, and then jumped over the fence. My gate does not open and close like it should and the cement that holds the pole in place is damaged. I called Alan and he told me that his company had every right to my backyard without prior notice they had the right to remove my gate if they wanted to, which according to the city, they do not.

I work for the company that supplies as Construction Company, they are great contract crew, I would recommend any one looking for construction work to be done to give them a call

these guys have been parking on my front yard and blocking my drive way for 2 days. I didn’t even hire them. they’re working on my neighbor’s house. if this happens again tomorrow I’m contacting the city building inspector and PD.

The workers parked in my field. I woke to heavy equipment on my front lawn.. which was never repaired. Holes in front have opened back up. Tried to contact they never get back to me . Filled in myself so the children don’t get hurt as there’s a bus stop directly in front of my house. PoOr workmanship, rude workers and no respect for people’s property. I would never hire this company.

If you see any of their dumptrucks on the road stay clear of them. They don’t use turn signals, they don’t have any concern for other divers, and they like to ride right on peoples bumpers.

Great employees terrible management. Two years of employment and commitment in the office and my job was terminated. Short story: I requested a performance review after a long time of no pay adjustment and quite the increase in responsibility. I was underpaid. I confirmed this through other Fugal employees. This happened during COVID-19. I applied for unemployment post termination and shortly after upper management challenged my request and lied during our court session ultimately denying me any unemployment. I never expected to be stabbed in the back like I did.

No customer service skills. Totally botched the pole replacement, knocked out internet service to the neighborhood, drove away without informing the homeowner, and have yet to replace the pole. We have live wires draped on our shed as I type.
