Manor House kitchens is a family owned company that not only cares about its product but cares about its customers. Wayne and Sharon are amazing there and their experience and customer service skills really made the whole process of a remodeled kitchen very easy and fun. I highly recommend them.

I do not recommend this company to anyone! I ordered a whole kitchen with installation (no countertops) and had it installed six months ago. Once the installer left I had to call the manager to come out to my house. Every cabinet door had a blemish or an issue. On top of that everything takes forever. Either getting on the schedule or getting things in isn’t worth the wait. Here I am over six months later and my trash can cabinet door doesn’t close. I paid 12k for these cabinets and the quality isn’t worth it at all. (I don’t have a big kitchen either). Everything is super flimsy and feels like it could break. You will be much better off going to Home Depot or lowes and upgrading a couple cabinet trims for the price rather than to take something from manor house kitchens.

The showroom was good. The staff there was very snobby and wasn’t even interested in answering our questions about our project.

Frank helped us design the kitchen in our new build. We got exactly what we wished for. Also Frank was happy to design a custom bathroom vanity for our master bath. We get so many compliments. I would give them more than 5 stars

From the design by Mike, to the scheduling by Paula, to the work done by Dan and Pat and the other trades, everything was on time and well done. The transformation was amazing. I would definitely use them again.

I was searching for a contractor to do a complete gut and remodel of our bathroom. Manor house referred us to a contractor they spoke very highly of. He called us within two days to arrange an appointment- came to our home – spent an hour and a half with us taking measurements and discussing what we wanted to achieve -leaves and tells us he’ll get us an estimate for the job in two weeks. Two months went by and upon numerous attempts for me to reach him because he left us his business card there was no response. Even in working with a referral of his to select tile she was shocked as well that we heard nothing as she was quite familiar with him working simultaneously with his clients who needed tile selections. Three months went by and still no word …even though he promised the clerk at the tile store he would call us. fortunately mid August a contractor did reach out to us PGRC contracting from Angie’s list and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was very disappointed in the first contractor that he didn’t even simply have the courtesy to return our calls or text us and just simply say he didn’t want the job- instead to leave us hanging as he did I was very disappointed in the referral manor house gave us.

Excellent meeting with Wayne. Planned out all of our bathrooms and kitchen. All cabinets, sinks, countertops and hardwate selected.
