Over the past few months, Josh and his crew at Artifex turned a neglected property into a exceptional home. From start to finish, they demonstrated expertise and dedication that surpassed my expectations. He was able to coordinate electric, HVAC, Plumbing, flooring, painting, and appliances. His knowledge was instrumental in getting the best products and the fairest prices. In areas that I was inexperienced, he was able to offer a variety of solutions while keeping budget in mind. Unexpected issues popped up, as they always do with older houses, but Josh was able to find solutions without delay. What impressed me most was his attention to small details. Things that were updated or corrected went far beyond what I would expect of a contractor. With past renovations, I would have to be a constant advocate of what needed to be done. With Artifex, I knew that if something was up to their standard, it would be up to mine. On the final walk through, he had noticed minor issues that I had missed. These were corrected the very next day. He was creating more work for himself because it wasn’t up to his expectations for his own work. If you want to have your next project completed on time and at a fair price. You will not be disappointed when you choose Artifex.
