My experience with Nebo and NK Construction and Design has been outstanding. Nebo is currently working on five projects with me. I am involved in a program with the city of Philadelphia to improve rental properties. He is renovating and repairing these properties. Below are some of the reasons I am so happy about working with him. Communication – Nebo responds immediately whenever I reach out to him. Working on a project, he keeps me informed about the progress. He is open to my comments, suggestions, and listens to me. He is very detailed in his estimates so there are no surprises. Nebo and his team do quality work. He is attentive to finishing details. I feel that when he has a better suggestion to do something, he shares it. He takes pride in his work. He makes sure that we are in sync as the project moves along. His team is respectful of the properties. Items are covered, floors protected, and they clean up when finished. He has his own team. When he starts a project, his team comes in and does quality work. They come in and do their job professionally. The workmen are courteous. When he starts a project, his timeline is pretty accurate. He completes the project. He does not leave to do something else leaving you unsure when he will be back. I came in contact with several contractors before deciding on NK Construction and Design. Nebo stood out because he is punctual and so professional. His word means something. That was not my experience with the other contractors I came in contact with. Mollie Williams

NK Construction did some major structural work on my kitchen and basement in a Philadelphia rowhome. Nebo was on-time and kept me constantly updated on the project progress. The work was fantastic. Would highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend Nebo and his team. Whenever you have construction projects you need to do your research and find someone who is trustworthy, easy to get along with, and does great work. NK Construction checks all the boxes. Everything is explained in simple terms, you are free to make adjustments along the way and ask questions. Nebo is very responsive. They work with you to make sure you are satisfied. I am very appreciative to the entire team.

Nebo and team were fantastic from start to finish! I was provided a thorough estimate and they were able to start the 5 day project within 1-2 weeks of the estimate. They were timely, did what they said they would do. Project completed in the time frame that was promised. They kept the area as clean as possible. I am extremely happy with their work and would definitely use them again. My project involved opening up a load bearing wall to open up the area between my kitchen amd living room.

We wanted to have our basement finished. It was bare, wooden beams with cement floor/walls. We searched for and interviewed a few contractors before turning to BuildZoom where we found NK Construction and Design Inc. We were impressed with the ratings that Nebo has; after reading the reviews and meeting him, we decided to work with him. Nebo is professional, fair, and honest. He is very responsive with all communications and paperwork. Cristian, Jose and the rest of his crew are diligent, hardworking employees who respected our home and our space. They did an excellent job with creating the space we were looking for and then some. The bathroom, the bar, the flooring, the walls and everything looks amazing! We would definitely again work with them on other projects and definitely recommend NK Construction and Design to others. In fact, I’ve already given a recommendation to someone. Thanks to BuildZoom, we found a great company!

I hired NK Construction to do a full remodel of my 1 bedroom condo. The project included kitchen demo including walls, completely new walls and flooring, and a brand new open plan kitchen including full plumbing and electrical work. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with Nebo and his crew as my contractor. He and the team showed up promptly on time as promised – every.single.time! Communication was instantaneous and efficient, which I appreciated so much as someone new to the renovation process. He made sure all of the paperwork was completed thoroughly, including dealing with my sometimes challenging condo building. 🙂 The work was all completed to a very high standard and he offered great guidance when selecting all of my materials and finishes. He managed the subcontractors adeptly as well. Again, I could not be happier with the finished result and I will be bringing him back on for my bathroom remodel. Thank you so much for my new home.

Nebo and team we great throughout the whole process. We had a foundation issue where our basement wall needed to cleaned and have new mortar applied. Nebo was honest and gave us our options for remediation. His team was on time and friendly. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up well when they were done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
