My father framed up pre-fab homes for them in the mid 1990’s. One of the best price points and better construction quality than most on small to medium sized homes of the gulf coast.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve been building a houses over a year. And yes we had a hurricane snd yes we’ve had COVID. But here at the end of this project maybe one sub comes He doesn’t finish. And we don’t see him for another week or two. Then they come and still don’t finish. It’s been going on for weeks this way. This is the Mobile office. I was going to use the Pensacola branch to build me a house but no way. Pictures posted.

One of the best prices on new brick turn key homes on the market. You can’t find or build a house for what they can build one on your lot for. I have been in the construction arena my whole life and even inspected these homes to ensure they were made and met the Florida building code. Great product and great prices. Go to one of the model homes and you will see for yourself. The only thing is they only have their plans to choose from. Great for new home buyers that have their own land. I myself have not heard of a buyer that wasn’t pleased. But there are other builders out there just know what I have seen and know about this builder. They are not custom home builders but have good floor plans. The house can be built in about four to five weeks. Their web site has the floor plans and prices. Please note all builders in Florida build to the same standards of the Florida building code and all meet the designed wind speed for the area they are in. So I cannot say one company or contractor is better than another just that this company has some really good prices and floor plans as do other contractors and companies in Florida. FYI, I am a state certified retired building inspector. I have inspected thousands of houses and buildings. The price is great for the product. As I said before, Florida has a lot of well qualified builders and they have to meet Florida building standards, which are very strict.

The website is awesome. Possibly considering this as an option for building. Always wanted to do a container building as a secondary structure but seeing the options for a full size home has me thinking to go bigger. Might possibly want to merge two floor plans together even.
