Booked a bathroom renovation project with these guys ~ a year ago. The project was booked to start in Q1 of 2024. Coming into Q3 of 2024, and all we’ve had was poor or zero communication. Extremely disappointed at the level of service & communication by Litt’s on this project.

Absolutely would recommend. All employees were professional and meticulous from demo, carpenters, tile layers, flooring, plumbing and designing. If you are looking for an established company that will get your project done right, Litt’s is your answer. We couldn’t be more happy with the finished job! Beautiful.

Would never use Litts. Zero stars. They pulled the old bait and switch on me. $1800 went up to $2800 in a 2 week period. I had to call them back after the first quote. That was because no one ever called me back after the receptionist said they would. That’s when it went up a thousand. They were over the phone measurements. I know if they actually came out to measure they would have charged me even more. It was for a very small area; countertop replacement only. Very unprofessional, buyer beware.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Months and months of waiting for a bathtub to shower renovation turned into pipes leaking and needing the job done asap. Once we told Litts we would be doing business elsewhere if they couldn’t do the job they promised it was “oh we can be there on Monday!” Seemed like no communication between Jerry, demo, plumbers, or anyone else. One guy would come out and do one thing for 4 hours and leave for the day. Wasting over half of a day of work. This project took about a month and was never completed. Outlet covers were never given to us, multiple bathroom tiles were BROKEN. When Jerry came to see how the work was going he brought up the tiles being “loose” I said they weren’t broken or chipped at all before your guys came into my house. His response was we can get some tile out here and fix that up for ya.. yeah I’m sure for another $2,000.. also charged $1000 for a “specialist” to locate a manifold that our house does not have. I was told multiple times the house didn’t have one, but the guys still tried to find it for 2 days. I was hopeful this would turn around but it never did. After 12+ random men freely walking in and out of my house the shower doors finally being put in after WEEKS of having to go to family’s houses to shower daily.. water leaks all over the floor… such a waste of time, energy, and so much money. 10/10 do NOT recommend..
