Owner Chris Munchka is not only a cheap slumlord who will leave you with repairs that need to be done, but is also verbally abusive. He sent another tenant very nasty, childish emails calling her vulgar names, talking about her children, and threatening her, all because she just wanted a leak fixed that he refused to do, even though he is required to by law. This man is incredibly unhinged, and you’ll regret it deeply if you rent from him. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable management company, or at least a private landlord who doesn’t have a reputation for abusing and screwing over tenants.

I have been in construction-related industries for most of the past 45 years, and I consider Progress Builders the best contractor I have dealt with, by far! They handled every issue that popped up with our very complex kitchen remodel promptly and professionally. They were exceptionally fair with understanding and applying the scope that was included in the lump sum, whether explictly specified anywhere or not, and were also exceptionally fair – and reasonable – with the scope that were clearly contract extras. Morever, they were craftsman! Many thanks to Pawel, his father, and their crew!

The lack of communication and delays caused by this team were horrendous. I was told a job would be finished in 2 weeks that took over 8 part of which was due to miscommunications, non response to my emails/concerns and various things done incorrectly. The work was fine in the end but I was essentially my own project manager which is not the service level I was sold upon signing the contract- choose a more responsive contractor if you can!

I have had the good fortune to work with Progress Builders for almost 10 years. Their team has gutted and beautifully remodeled my kitchen, three bathrooms, laundry room and both my back and front porches. They’ve also painted almost every room in my house. My home is more than 100 years old, so you can imagine the nightmares they have encountered in their work. When this has happened, they have kept me fully informed as to what they needed to do to complete the job and how much it would cost. I also like that they have had the same team working together for the entire time I’ve contracted them. That says something about consistency and their dedication to their craft. When you hire Progress Builders, you can have complete confidence in their work and their ability to get the job completed ON TIME and ON BUDGET. You will not be disappointed.

Progress Builders Inc. is a seasoned, very professional, and what is very important to me, trustworthy company. They did remodeling to my house. I enjoyed working with Peter and members of Progress Builders Inc. crew. Peter was always professional, very patient and courteous. Being Project Architect myself, I know more about the construction than an average person knows and honestly, I’m not always the easiest client. They stood up to the task.The price, timing and quality of work were exactly what they have promised the first time we interviewed them.
