Bryan and his crew did a fantastic job on our garage and basement remodeling project. He communicated well on a regular basis and the execution of the overall proposal proceeded as per our expectations. The undertaking was completed within the time projected and the budget outlined with all the scheduling involved (materials, labor, inspections..) planned in advance. The team was responsive to any issues raised and took care of the fixes right away. Attention to detail was excellent and the work quality was top-notch. Reliable Renovations Plus did an excellent job in every respect. When they saw signs of water leakage, Brian and team worked into the dark, because rain was expected over the weekend, to repair or replace the leaks around things on the roof, which they showed to me and which I would otherwise not have known about. This will avoid problems going forward. I definitely appreciate it. They are dependable and reliable, and that’s very important to any home renovation. They are easy to communicate with. That’s really important, that you can ask a question and get a prompt response. I’m very pleased with the results and feel that I’ve improved my home and gotten my money’s worth.
