I gave this company a 2 because they are not as bad as others but still can’t finish a job like so many contractors out there. He came limping into the project with clear expectations but had a difficult time getting off the ground. His nephew made promises to show and do the sub floor and never finished the job. The drywall was almost completed with some areas that needed smoothing. My husband ended up finishing both. The rest of the other promised work was never completed. We have moved on. This company, like so many others, cannot keep their word. They get too many jobs and can’t handle them. I am so glad that I found my own electrician and plumber for this job. The last electrician that I chose was awesome. David Smith, do better. You have the potential but lack follow through.

David and his team did a large remodel of my basement. He exceeded expectations to say the least! His vision of what was possible from bar design to accent walls made the basement turn out better than I could have ever imagined. His team was very professional and timely. I would recommend him to anyone looking to do any home remodeling. Installed – walls, made a bedroom, full bathroom, dry wall ceiling, bar and entertainment area.

We had used this company in the past with good results. We recently decided to get some work done and scheduled an estimate. They didn’t show so we called and rescheduled. We scheduled the estimate at least 3 times and they keep canceling. We decided to contact other contractors. Sad.

Dave and his crew were very professional, reliable and very hard workers. The job was done right and everything on my checklist at the end was completed and Dave made sure of that. They made sure my house stayed as clean as possible while the demo work of tile was in process and they continued to clean up every day. They did a beautiful job installing the wood flooring and we had many changes along the way and it was so easy to negotiate everything with Dave. I wouldn’t think twice about using his company again. We are waiting on a quote to redo our bathroom next. I am sure the next job with his company will turn out as beautiful as the first one did.

My wife and I were doing a whole home remodel. After interviewing several contractors, we dedicate to choose ConstructionSmith and we are very happy we did!. Dave and his team are amazing. Dave is very knowledgeable, professional, and does an incredible job. Dave took the time to explain to us which materials were best suited for our home and guided us through the entire remodel process. We highly recommend Dave and his team and would hire him again for any job big or small. Thank you Dave, we love our newly remodeled home

Work was done in a timely manner, workers were professional, and price was very fair. The job ended up being a bit more involved than what was originally anticipated and Dave was able to adjust accordingly to get my new patio door installed perfectly without additional downtime. I will definitely be using this company for my needs in the future!

My wife and I recently had our basement finished by Construction Smith and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. The crew did an excellent job and were very professional. The craftsmanship was superb and all the work was done in a timely manner.
