I contacted 5 contractors for a quote on a 30′ x 40′ aluminum building: one did not return my call, 3 laughed and said they couldn’t get a building for 6 to 8 months. Only one contractor, Rene Morales, called and asked to come over with information. His quote was what I expected for flimsy, pipe-frame construction, but surprisingly I got heavy- duty I beams and channels frame work. Within 6 weeks the materials were delivered. The building was completed earlier than I expected and the workmanship couldn’t be better. No messes were left in our yard. His teams and office girls were professional, experienced and couldn’t be nicer, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This is definitely the least professional and most unethical company in Pahrump. I wanted to believe that there are good businessmen and I decided to build my house with Top Rank. But Morales, the owner of the company, is the most dishonest person I ever encountered in my life and that is not an exaggeration in the slightest. Even in the field of construction, where many questionable things happen, Morales and Top Rank stand out as the absolute bottom of the barrel. I don’t think I ever had anyone lie to me for half a year with such detail, such conviction, such gusto. Morales and Top Rank took advantage of the fact that I was out of town to try to rob me blind. They provide the poorest quality construction, they steal money outright and have and the most unprofessional communications. This makes sense because once they stole your money, they don’t feel like communicating. I am going to file a complaint with the contractor’s board which will make Morales pay for his lies. The worst company ever. Be warned. Don’t do anything with Top Rank unless you want to end up in court

Was looking to have a shop & home built. Sat down with estimator, gave all the details to him & he said he would get back with us & never got a answer back or reply back after calling them several times & leaving a voicemail. If your super busy I understand just let a guy know. Very unprofessional

Signed a contract 6/29/2018 to build a house. Said it would be done 180 days after permit. Permit was dated 10/3/2018 as of today, 5/27/2020 house is still not done. Plus many problems with house

Don’t ever buy from this builder! They have dug two foundations in back of our house and after four months the huge dirt piles are still there and they have done nothing else. One of the dirt piles is so big that kids on dirt bikes are riding on it. We called the Top Rank Builders office three times to get a water truck out and none has ever shown up. We finally called the building department and the building inspector came out and put Stop Work Orders on both lots because Top Rank Builders do NOT HAVE PERMITS TO BUILD!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are so upset and now there are dirt piles behind us that blow dust when it gets windy, or when a dirt biker rides on it. I would give them negative stars if I could; I hope they are forced out of business!
