I’m so glad we worked with Kelley Babb for our home renovation. He was always quick to respond and was flexible with our schedule. We totally revamped our kitchen and Kelley’s ideas for making the kitchen island larger and the placement of cabinets were spot-on with what we were hoping for. He was also able to pivot during our project and work with our new ideas when they popped up, which I really appreciate. There were no surprise costs, and if an issue popped up, I knew he’d make it right. (Which isn’t always the case with other contractors.) We are THRILLED with the results!! Plus, I think we would have paid more if we had gone with a different contractor. Their customer service was fantastic and the sub-contractors who came into our home were always kind and trustworthy. We won’t hesitate to use KC Builders & Design again if we have a future project to work on.

I can’t say enough AMAZING things about this company!!!! All I can say is you will NOT be disappointed in hiring this company! YES this is your CONTRACTOR!!!!! Having never hired a contractor on my own before, I was very cautious on which company to choose. Out of 3 companies this one stood out to me. Kelley is very professional and responsive, he actually sends me updates! This team is a well oiled machine that can tackle any project quickly, and with quality. No worries of surprise fees added to the contract, everything is very transparent. I am in the home stretch on my home remodel now and I literally can not think of one thing I can complain about!!! ; )

We are so happy to have had Kelley and KC Builders and Design build our house. We built from the ground up and worked closely with Kelley to customize our plans to fit our specific needs. All along the way, Kelley helped answer questions and lent his expertise to what would work best. One of the main reasons we went with KCBD is that they are NOT an assembly line builder and you get great individual attention on your job.

KC Builders finished our basement in our house that we had just purchased. Going into it we just wanted to get through it assuming it would be a long process that would drag on forever. We could not have asked for a better experience. It started with a great design and ideas that we would not have thought of on our own. Then the open communication with Kelley and Laurie was more than we could have asked for. We knew the complete schedule everyday of who was coming and when. The subcontractors were very nice and did great work. They were open to changes and had a do whatever it takes to stay on schedule attitude. We cannot stress how happy we are with this entire process. Our basement turned out better than we evee imagined. Kelley and his entire team are the absolute best. Thank you to the entire team. I would highly recommend KC Builders and Design for any of your home remodeling, basement finishes or complete new home build. They are amazing and do amazing work!!!

Thanks to Kelley and his team for doing such a great job on our kitchen remodel. Communication between the contractor and homeowner is high on our list and they did not disappoint. We knew what to expect and they delivered as promised. We’d definitely use them again for any future projects. We LOVE our kitchen!!!

KC Builders & Design was and has been great to work with. Building a home is a process, that’s one of the first things we learned at our interview with the KCB team. They were receptive to the numerous question we had from the beginning. They were open to the floorplan changes we wanted to make and provided guidance to keep those changes reasonable. They made the home unique and built it for our family. If you are looking for a builder that cares, look no further Kelley Babb cares. His staff is amazing and go above and beyond their duties. KCB put in extra time to ensure that my wife and I were satisfied with the service we received from each contractor. We get frequent compliments and we love our home! Give them a call!
