I am not sure what Roger Davis is talking about. No sub has ever NOT been paid for COMPLETED work. Roger Davis doesn’t ring a bell, but your welcome to get ahold of us to discuss this issue. I would say, if in the unlikely event, you are in fact real and not a troll, you did not finish your work. In 20 years we don’t have a record of Roger Davis as the owner of a subcontracting company we have used so I suspect this is not a real person. We have a very simple payment plan, Do your work, get paid. We also pay in a timely manner, unlike most of our peers. That’s why most of the subcontractors who do business with us have been doing business for us since we began. New subcontractors also stay working for us. At least the ones who finish their work stay working for us. We also have helped several newer subcontractors get on their feet an become great subcontractors and will continue to do so, for the ones that can finish.
