My new shower looks amazing… I am so thankful for Family Traditions for their dedication and perseverance as my rough-cut shower had a lot of “bumps and bruises” from original construction issues and I felt very overwhelmed at times during the process as a result, but they kept reassuring me and brainstorming ideas to make things work and very successfully at that. I now have a beautiful safe shower thanks to their faithful commitment to this project.

It has been several months to complete our kitchen remodel due to obstacles that were time challenging. Now, the overall design, layout, functionality and aesthetics are wonderful! We are pleased. Everyone that was sent from Family Traditions , for this project, was knowledgeable and professional. The rest of our home was clean and accessible during our remodel. I recommend and appreciate this company

Family Traditions, Were fantastic from start to finish. Josh and Nick did an absolute amazing job putting my kitchen cabinets in. They were very careful to not nick the cabinets in such a small area to work with. They were very helpful and were very compassionate and understanding with all my needs. They did an exceptional job at putting in my door handles on the cabinets too.Thanks!!

How refreshing to find a home improvement company that is skilled, professional, conscientious and timely. Family Traditions was the perfect company to do the conversion of my tub to walk in shower. We had purchased a shower kit from a big box store, but a major component was not shipped by the manufacturer . David Coffey who was doing the install came up with an amazing but inexpensive solution which made the project look custom designed. The store reimbursed us and I couldn’t be happier with the finished job. I will use Family Traditions whenever I have any remodeling projects. Five STARS!!

Home Depot sent two guys from Family Traditions over to fix something another one of their contractors messed up. They were friendly, polite, and efficient. They fixed, in about 10 minutes, what the last guys tried to fix for over an hour. Anyway – I would recommend them based on my own experience

After the hurricane I was left with no wall in my master bedroom. Family Traditions came to my home and made it look like new again. Jeremy did such great work, you can’t even tell it was damaged. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.

I contracted through Home Depot to have all of my exterior doors installed this joke of a company showed up. It’s been over a year permits are expired and have not been inspected. They have had seven investigations opened up against them by several counties at this point and their license is in jeopardy. They are currently working on a suspended license and cannot legally pull any permits at least in Lake County, if I could give zero stars I would. start to finish It has been a bad experience.

Had a scheduling issue for measurements. The owner contacted me and apologized for the miscommunications. Appreciate the fact that he took the time to make it right. Happy with the service. Will post another review following installation.
