Realty Design completed a whole home major renovation on our 1936 home. The advantage of a working with a designer who is a contractor was that we were able to have someone with the vision to see what was possible and the ability design it in a way that fit our style, complemented the home and was timeless with a lux feel. Our daily lives have been dramatically improved by the increased flow, high-quality construction and attention to detail. Every step of the process exceeded our expectations despite the major supply chain issues in 2021.

We recently had them install a whole house fan and love it!!! They got us a great quality, quiet fan within our budget. We loved how quick and professional their work was. We’ve used them for other projects around our house including a remodel and will continue to hire them for future projects.

Realty Design Associates, Inc. just completed a major remodel of my house (almost 7 months). I was kept well informed throughout the process from initial design to completed remodel. Every subcontractor was professional and personable. A neighbor, and good friend, is a general contractor. He stopped in numerous times during construction and was always impressed with the high quality of craftsmanship. I could not be happier with the completed project. My house is truly a showcase.
