I strongly do NOT recommend using this company. They did some work at my house in the spring. The first two jobs they did I paid Nick for right away over the phone with a credit card. The third job they sent me an invoice for 9.5 hours work for something that took 2 hours, plus added onto the invoice one of the jobs that I had already paid for. I have received several invoices from them since for a ridiculous amount with a new “finance charge” added on each time. I have tried several times to contact them to resolve this issue. I am happy to pay for the 2 hours of work that they did for me plus materials but I am most certainly NOT going to pay for 9.5 hours when the job took 2 hours. I left 3 facebook messages, Nick said he would look into it and never got back to me. I left voicemails with both Nick and Emma Kehren and none have been returned. Leaving a bad review is a last resort for me. They really are very disorganized and incompetent.
