During the summer of 2022, David and his crew took on a big job for us. They remodeled 3 bathrooms (including the master bathroom) and refaced out kitchen cabinets. They did an amazing job. After almost 2 years, the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets look amazing. We get constant compliments from our friends and family. We were so impressed that we referred our friends and they hired Glad Construction to remodel their bathroom. If you are looking for an honest, hardworking company, you have come to the right place. You won’t go wrong hiring David and his crew.

David and his talented team did an awesome job with our bathroom and kitchen remodel. Our home is a very old craftsman bungalow so there were some challenges, but nothing they could not handle!

I met with Mr. Glad after soliciting a bid for my kitchen remodel and subsequently visited the warehouse to inspect my kitchen cabinets and countertop with Mr. Glad. He gave me pause at the onset because he seamlessly transitioned from confident enthusiasm to doubt and hesitancy about completing my job. ADHD? Nevertheless I ignored the red flags and entered into an Agreement for Mr. Glad to complete the remodel. Several weeks after he met with my designer and obtained the shop draw plans, he first attempted to increase his estimate for unspecified reasons. He then claimed that he couldn’t start my project for months because he was working on a whole house remodel that would occupy his crew for an undetermined time in the future. Next Mr. Glad alleged that he couldn’t find a subcontractor to complete the counters, thus would not be able to honor our agreement and complete my kitchen remodel. I reminded Mr. Glad that we were under contract after I signed and returned his standard contract. His reply, “I have never signed the document.” Morale to the story — trust Mr. Glad only as far as you can see him … and even that may be too far. SADCO is a more accurate description of the experience and professionalism at Gladco.
