We recently had the pleasure of working with Peter Renovations for a complete overhaul of our bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Peter demonstrated clear, responsive, and timely communication, keeping us informed and involved every step of the way. Our project began just three weeks before our first baby was due, and Peter went above and beyond to ensure it was completed on time. He managed to finish everything before the baby arrived, which was a tremendous relief for us. During the renovation, we changed our minds on the paint color and the vanity we had chosen. Peter handled these changes without hesitation and never made us feel bad about it. His flexibility and understanding made the entire process much less stressful. Peter’s helpful recommendations were invaluable when it came to choosing the right fixtures. What can I say, Peter is a great guy very professional, he redo our bathroom that some one else messed up, him and his crew were amazing and fast, he said five days and it was done in five days, we will definitely be doing future business with him.

I loved working with Peter! He genuinely cared about making my place look great! He gutted my kitchen and bathrooms, renovated the basement as well as fixed other issues around my home. He has a great crew who are very punctual, hard working, friendly and can fix anything that comes up, which was really important as unexpected things always come up in construction. And his tile guy is the best! The price was very reasonable and competitive (I interviewed a lot of contractors and he was on the lower side of the median) and I had a deadline that he made sure to hit. I have renovated several homes in another state so I have lots of experience working with contractors and Peter is truly exceptional. He showed up to my house everyday to make sure things were done correctly and stayed on schedule. He’s not one of those contractors that just sends a crew over and doesn’t really know what’s going on. When necessary he even got down and dirty with his crew making sure the needed work got done. As with all construction, unexpected things popped up and Peter was great about finding solutions while sticking to the deadline. Peter himself is very professional and knowledgeable. He’s creative, coming up with ideas to make the project even better than originally planned, without going way over budget. And he is honest, such an important trait in this business. At the same time he’s a genuinely nice and funny person and I truly looked forward to talking with him everyday. Very importantly it was always extremely easy to get a hold of Peter, he answered every phone call right away. He never made me feel like any issue or concern was a nuisance. On the contrary, it felt like he cared about my house as if it were his own. The renovation turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be happier. I am so glad I chose to work with Peter and I would work with him again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Peter!

Piotr did two bathrooms for us over two separate sessions, both involving full removal of all fixtures, plumbing adjustments, electrical work, framing, tiling, painting, and sealing, and the full final install of new fixtures and finishes. He came through with a competitive quote which he stuck to even with some minor adjustments and issues to correct along the way. We appreciated Piotr going above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the end result, and that he had a team of contractors that either only work for him, or are the only ones he trusts to do the job, rather than the unknown gamble of sub-contracting out the work to new teams each time. We are very happy with the end result, and would recommend Piotr and his team for renovation work as suppliers of a great combination of attention to detail, communication, and listening to our needs as his customers.

***All of the below still applies, updated to note that there are now things coming apart—tiles coming up, toe kicks coming off cabinets, cracks in the bathroom walls, to name a few*** I would strongly advise exercising caution when working with Peter – something I chose to do based on all these glowing reviews. He remodeled both my bathroom and kitchen. He DID NOT do the bulk of the actual work, he clearly sub contracted people whose experience-level is questionable at best. I had to call him several times to point out issues like: the floor tile pattern being off (which to his credit was fixed with new tile, but surprise–there are clearly rough patches of grout in highly visible areas, and there was no attempt made to be mindful of how things would look around the radiator), missing grout in both the kitchen and bathroom (which is still an issue), a poor paint job and smoothing of the walls prior to installing cabinets in the kitchen (so yes, I have areas of my walls where what I can only assume is spackle that was just painted over), an attempt to leave the sideboard next to the refrigerator completely crooked, no transition between the end of the tiles in one room and entry into another, and a kitchen cabinet installed so close to the microwave that now every time I open the cabinet it makes a loud squeaking sound where it’s grinding against the microwave and wearing down that portion of the cabinet (his advice after me sending him multiple text messages that initially went ignored – use WD40). I could go on, but I’d rather not. Feel free to message me and I’ll send you some pics if you like. These are just the things I can see, so you can bet I’m really worried about what is happening behind everything and what I’ll experience in a few years time. The best part was that he never even came back to really wrap it up and make sure I was happy with how things turned out. I wonder why. If you do secure him as your contractor – make sure you’re there to watch everything that’s happening at all times and to correct in the moment. Otherwise, good luck.

Peter and his team did a great job on our bathroom renovation! He’s very responsive and they came when they said they were going to and everything looks great. Highly recommend them for your renovation needs.

I HIGHLY recommend Peter Renovations, Inc.! We have used them for a bathroom renovation and plan to use them for further projects. Peter is incredibly personable and will go to great lengths to make sure his clients are happy. He is hands down the best (and friendliest) contractor we’ve had in our home.

I originally found Piotr through a google search. Piotr and his crew were wonderful to work with. Piotr is very kind and he hires really nice guys to work with him. My neighbors gave me so many compliments about how nice, respectful, and clean the workers all were. I’m attaching photos of the work we had done (hopefully you can tell the difference). We LOVE our new bathroom!

I had a last minute emergency bathroom renovation prior to moving in and found Peter Renovations on yelp. He came out the same day I called and gave me a quote, started the demo prior to me moving and completed it in an unbelievable 5 days which was much appreciated and needed since it is the only bathroom. I was very impressed and grateful for Jimmy’s and Peter’s craftmanship, speed and honesty and I’m very grateful I found Peter Renovations. Thank you Peter and Jimmy!
