This is the worst and most unprofessional company i have dealt with in a very very long time. They are extremely unresponsive, unprofessional and do not take business matters seriously in my view. I was literally chasing them all over the place via telephone and email when i was looking for a company in the Niagara NY area to place a tenant for me. After wasting my time for almost 2 weeks, Uniquia simply texted me in the most carefree attitude that she was on vacation and would deal upon return despite the urgency i had expressed. In response, i asked if work was supposed to hold until after her return, she ghosted me up till the time of writing this review. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience indeed. I’d rather do the work myself than deal with this company.

Somebody didn’t pay there bill and they brought the dumpster back to the wrong location then they dumped they whole dumpster on the wrong property then left the seen! Not professional at all, they seem like a shady operation. Currently trying to get a hold of someone to escalate the matter now.

I contacted this company during a storm (last minute) a crew was sent out expeditiously to have our excessive amount of snow removed. Very reasonable pricing and they did a great job. I contacted them a second time for garbage removal, again last minute and the job was completed in a very timely fashion! I will definitely use this company again

Wasn’t sure what to expect but Nix contracting exceeded my expectations I was really impressed with how fast they threw up new windows and replaced my front door i will definitely be using them again.

I have been looking for snow removal all weekend. I made a call to Nix’s and they were here less than an hour. They did my whole yard, my driveway and they also brushed off my cards and dug me YARD,. I really appreciate all their hard work and in a timely manner because school is early on Monday morning. Thank you guys. You have a forever customer.

I have a window on the side of my house that holds an ac unit. Just closing it off on the inside wasn’t enough last winter. Nix makes reusable plastic outer window covers. Two guys came, made the frame, attached and made sure the plastic was fit. They were speedy, clean, and very professional, my dog got out the back yard, was standing in front of the one guy, and kept doing his work. Most would have freaked at a one-hundred-pound dog barking at them. They accept cash app, but I don’t have that, and they didn’t flinch when I couldn’t get payment to them until Tuesday. Office staff was very professional and understanding. I’m looking around to find something else for them to do now. You don’t get to work with people like this any longer.
