We accepted several bids for the complete renovation of our brownstone. Jonathan really stood out from the competitors with his attention to details, experience, and suggestions, making us confident in him and his team. The cherry on top was the price! We were very happy with the way the job came out, with no surprises(!) along the way, and were really impressed with how the team stayed on schedule.
