BCBE was great a fielding the call Chris was helpful and polite. But no one showed up to fix our AC Unit which is under warranty and needs to be fixed asap

I worked for BCB for 37 years best company I ever worked for. Truly professional and they appreciate their employees Through those years they made it a point to excel my potential and very kindly way. If by luck you should live in this area you would be very fortunate to be hired by these people, I want to thank each and every one of my superintendents and made me a good employee can’t say enough positives for the years I worked there, truly I appreciate it again

I worked for BCBE Construction Company for under a year. So far its been the worst company I’ve worked for. The lack of leadership, unorganized, lack of respect from upper management seems like a joke. Most people in upper management are simply rude. No structures and the lack of respect for there employees is simply intolerable. The training process set you up for failure. They throw you in with no guidance or structure and they expect you to fail. If you train your employees correctly; they will succeed and they company will succeed as well. Working there seems like swimming with sharks. It unfortunate that anyone chooses to run a company that way. Some of my coworkers were not helpful. They had poor attitudes. If that’s how you like to run your business I guarantee nobody is going to want to do business or work for you.
