We had a patio cover extension done and they did a fantastic job. Service above and beyond, even with COVID in the picture. Spencer and Preston were easy to work with and anything I asked them to do they were happy to take care of. They typically told me before I ever got to the point to ask about any of the job. The added on patio cover looks exactly like the existing patio cover, and looks fantastic. Neighbors have nothing but good things to say about how it looks. We will definitely use them again for our next project!

We hired RBC to build us a patio cover. The building permit approval was very slow (about 10 weeks) due to overwhelming number of applicants in my county, but that was obviously not the fault of RBC. That was the only “not great” part of the process. Everything else was handled quickly, professionally and with great pride in the end result. My sales rep, Spencer, made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way and was my one point of contact the entire time. They went out of their way to cooperate with the company we hired to do the concrete work, as well. All around, great company to work with!

I would hands down recommend and do business with RBC again! I love that they are family owned and operated. My only regret was not signing with them the first time I met with them. Long story short, I met with RBC before I was really ready to commit and ended up getting talked into a aluminum patio cover with a different company (which I quickly regretted after learning more about the aluminum company and got my deposit back). When I called RBC back, their sales rep come over at least half a dozen times to make sure all of my questions were 100% answered. My home came with an existing 10×20 covered patio and we wanted to extend each side across the entire house with another 10×22 and 10×25 cover. I am normally not a ‘needy’ person but this patio extension was a huge investment for me and I wanted to be absolutely sure I was getting what I wanted. RBC even matched my brickwork from the front of the house (from the builder) to their new back posts. In addition to the patio cover, I ran into a snafu with a concrete guy and RBC came to the rescue with their own concrete. This company is the most courtesy and professional that I have dealt with since moving to Idaho. From the salesmen with his “yes ma’am”, to their family member crews’ “yes ma’am”… to the framers, electricians, roofers and more, their positive attitudes and demeanors made this project actually fun! Since the completion of my extension, people drive by and comment on it and several have asked to come see it up close. I’ve referred multiple people and saw their team working on the house around the corner from me too! Again, hands down the most professional team who were most importantly ON TIME and when they said they would be here, they were!!! Communication was fab! I would start mentioning names but honesty every one of the RB family member crew were awesome! Thank you RBC!

The team at RBC is great to work with. We wanted a patio cover (real roof) that matched the house and looked like it was built when the house was built. From the initial planning and quote phase through final walkthrough they were very responsive to our requests and were very polite throughout the entire experience. They stuck to the initial quote and we came in under budget as planned. Great company! I highly recommend RBC to anyone looking to add a patio/cover to their house.

We are extremely pleased with our patio. RBCONSTRUCTION was very professional and let us know every step of the way what was transpiring. Preston and his crew have a very hands-on approach and great customer service skills. As you can see the before and after pics. It really turned out amazing! Great quality and we highly recommend them for any of their construction projects. Job very well done!!
