Please note…..the 5 star rating is NOT for the builder, but for Josue M and I believe Rodriguez!! They need to be the builders!! They were able to fix a lot of issues left by the builders and trim guys. In addition the other lady that used to be with the company was garbage. Realtors…..garbage. JJ and Rico……garbage!!! Throw them all away in the trash except Josue and Rodriguez. Thanks for your professionalism and getting the job done. Give them a raise!!

I am reviewing our 3-month warranty work. Josue Martinez did the work. I was pleasantly surprised by his friendly and personable demeanor. He addressed all the issues on our list. He did the work in a timely manner. We are pleased with the results. He did an excellent job for us.

The guys at Green River Builders, particularly Kenneth and Savannah, are extremely kind and willing to help. I needed to know what the brick choice was on my house since we purchased it from a previous owner and Kenneth took the time to chat with me about it and referred me to the Warranty Coordinator, Savannah. She could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Although the home was 6 years old, she sprang into action and got the brick name and description for me in record time. These guys definitely will support you after the sale! Good job guys. Thank you.

Bought home on Alcovey rd Builders was great shot out to Pete and Butta if i had a problem they was on it .I created a problem and they help me take care of it.Nothing bad to say about Green river.

If a zero was possible, that would be my rating to summarize my experience with Green River’s Builder, Brian H. and his “unprofessional and unethical” Brokerage/Realtor Partner, Tina and Kenneth. I cannot add anything additional than what’s was already stated by so many negative comments. As I was reading the reviews, I started to have dejavue, realizing that so many of us had the very same experience with both the builder and Platinum Realtor. They are playing around with people hard earned money and they DO NOT CARE if you are inconvenienced. To tell you we’ve spent thousands, upon thousands of dollars of our own money fixing things would be an understatement! As the warranty department was the biggest joke ever! Crystal ball…
