DevArt did great work, but what I really appreciate about Ray is his transparency. While working with a different contractor a few years ago, they ended up vastly underestimating our total costs; it was a nightmare. We were so anxious about that potentially happening to us again. Ray picked up on how nervous I was during the consultation. He gave me a detailed breakdown of the costs. He even explained how he tries to err on the side of higher estimates to ensure that what happened to me with the other contractor wouldn’t happen to me with him. When the final bill came in, it was less than what he’d estimated upfront. We used the extra in our budget to buy some furnishings for the new extension. So long as Ray’s around, I am never working with a different construction company again.
