Melita came to my home, and then emailed an estimate for new kitchen cabinets. I responded immediately by email asking for an appointment in the next couple of days to go over everything. She completely ghosted me after that. I’m stumped as to why because Service Doctor has done several projects in our home, and we were completely satisfied each time. Melita was also supposed to send technicians to our home for other home improvement projects-also never followed through on. To drop all communication with NO explanation involving a $35,000 kitchen project is beyond me.

Service doctor has been helping with a renovation and it’s been a great experience, smooth and communicative with attention to fine detail Melita has been a great contact and help for getting this house renovation complete! I’m very glad I went with these guys and I would definitely recommend.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Service Doctor. After requesting an estimate, they came out promptly but then failed to follow up for several weeks despite numerous phone calls and repeated promises. I don’t mind waiting, but as a paying customer, I expect honesty and respect for my time. Their lack of communication and professionalism left me frustrated and feeling undervalued. Angie, in particular, was exceptionally unprofessional and unpleasant. She consistently spoke in a rude, nasty tone, interrupting me mid-sentence and showing no regard for my concerns. Her behavior was unacceptable and contributed significantly to my negative experience with Service Dr. I attempted to bring the negative experience to Jenna, head of operations at the company, and got a “sorry you feel that way.” Randy, I speak to you directly now: I came to you because I trust you and your work ethic. I am not sure you know about what’s going on at your company, but if my employees were treating my clients like this, I would want to know.

I was the Maintenance Supervisor at a 440 unit apartment complex and I saw many contractors come in and try to match the work that Service Doctor brings to the table, unmatched quality of work, I specifically asked for Mario, he’s the best at what he does and he’s sure to brighten your day too. Great guy, hope they’re paying him well because I would gladly steal him.

Great experience using Service Doctor for our bathroom remodel and some other carpentry projects. Mario and his team were top notch. Not just in quality of the finished product, but how respectful they were to our house. I was expecting full chaos with a down to the studs remodel. The job site was always clean and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer and be asking for Mario.
