Cannot say enough good things about our install crew, Israel and Matt. Every issue they encountered during the install (and there were many in our 100 year old bathroom) were resolved to our satisfaction. They not only kept us involved throughout the whole process, but also worked long and hard to keep their 3 day deadline, which in my opinion was unrealistic with the issues they encountered. Thank you to everyone…from Mary our design expert, to Nicole in billing and of course the install crew of Israel and Matt.

Excellent group of workers . They were professional, hard working friendly polite & kept us constantly updated on progress. It was a difficult job as previous workers had taken shortcuts . They cleared up water in the basement accidentally caused by another worker and tidied up everywhere fully before leaving . I am very impressed with the quality of the work done by Kohler .

Israel and team were the best! We had a shower remodel and the new shower is beautiful! From the moment they arrived they were very professional yet friendly. They explained everything about the process every step of the way. I was able to make my selections regarding height and placement of accessories. My choices were documented in a document I signed for final approval at job completion. The quick demonstration of the shower features was nice. And we had ample time for any questions we had. I highly recommend every member of this very organized and experienced team!
